Fairy Bea can appear as other magical characters, such as a royal princess or a good (or not-so-good!) witch, so please ask away! Games and activities can also be adapted to suit your theme.

Upon request, I am able to stay for cake cutting and additional photos. This may shorten other activities.

Availability and Location

School Term: I’m available on weekends with select evening bookings available upon request.

School Holidays: I have flexible availability during school holidays, and would love to work with you to find a date that suits.

Location: I can host parties both at your home or garden, as well as in public party spaces, such as parks, community halls, party centres and more. I cover Collingwood, Fitzroy and surrounding inner-Melbourne suburbs, including Abbotsford, Richmond, Clifton Hill, Northcote, Carlton, Brunswick, and nearby areas.

Located outside of these areas? Please enquire! I may be able to work a little extra fairy magic and travel to you for an additional travel fee.

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Please note that enquiries are not bookings!

Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll be in touch to discuss the magical details of your party and confirm my availability. Once all details have been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email along with payment details to submit a deposit. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the party. Your booking is not complete until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, though they may be transferred to a rescheduled party date according to the policy below.

Rescheduling

I completely understand that life happens - especially with little ones! If your plans change, please get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll always do my best to help. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date subject to availability.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. If a party is cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date, the remaining balance may also be payable depending on circumstances and my ability to rebook the date. Where possible, I will always do my best to work with you to find another date for your magical celebration.

Magic is for Everyone

As an experienced teacher, nanny, and fairy, I make sure every guest feels included and special ~ no matter the size of the party. I truly believe magic is for everyone, no matter your gender or age, and have hosted parties for both girls and boys from two to twelve. Upon request, I can provide special fairy helper roles for older siblings - you’re never too old or cool for magic!

I have experience working with children with additional needs, and am always happy to adapt activities and provide accommodations if needed.
